Practice Safe Specs
To keep your safety glasses in the best possible working condition, follow these 5 easy steps:
- Remove your safety glasses with two hands; not one hand, to avoid the frame becoming out of alignment and being featured in our Safety Hall of Fame.
- Wet the lenses before cleaning with the cloth/cleaner we provide. Periodically, thoroughly clean your lenses and frames with soap & water. Household cleaners should be avoided.
- Store your safety glasses in the provided protective case.
- Do not try to bend or adjust the frame yourself.
- Check your safety glasses regularly and report any damage to the frame or lenses immediately.
- Remember: Keep the snipe nose pliers and hair dryer in the drawer.
- Please see me when I am on-site to keep your safety glasses fitting comfortably and avoid unnecessary damage.
Don’t leave your safety glasses in the car, where they can be exposed to the extreme cold of winter and heat of summer.
